There are different concepts and definitions, among them, it is said that fashion is a social collective phenomenon that pictures a given people. It merges from life itself as a means of expression and communication. Fashions are those creative pleasures that become habits in the life of everyone, and likewise as they arrive they leave, and likewise as some leave they return with new shades, but remembering that they were present in a past epoch. Since some time ago, being in fashion is not only to wear the last tendencies in clothing, shoes or accessories, some people go far beyond.

These are some of the present-day tendencies that harm our health, so for being in fashion, we should not take the risk of becoming hurt. Now, this is the ideal moment to take the adequate precautions and avoid future problems.

The tightly fitting clothes: The very tight pants press the thighs too much and give a tingling sensation, and may contribute to have future circulations problems. High waist pants may also originate problems of stomach, because they press a lot the zone of the abdomen. Skirts and very tight dresses stylize our bodies and make our figure jut out, but they exert too much pressure on the abdomen and provoke reflux and stomach acidity.

Wearing the incorrect brassiere: If you have a big bust, avoid wearing it with fine suspenders, because it will not only give little support to your bust, but will cause pain in your shoulders and back as well; and you will keep on acquiring an unsuitable body posture.

The very high heels: They may cause pain and discomfort in most of the women. A continuous wearing of them may cause corns, deformities, bothers of back, bunions and myalgia in the knees and the ankles. That is why we recommend you not to wear very high heels for long walks, neither every day nor for being standing for many hours; a heel that does not exceed five centimeters of height is recommended. For this, you are not going to stop being glamorous and elegant.

When buying a belt, it is important that this must be made of lycra and offer the support and necessary compression to help you get an adequate body posture. On the contrary, if it is very tight or rigid it may cause difficulties to breathe, myalgia and even limit the motion of the spinal column.

Tattooing drawings in the skin using the suntan. There is a tendency that has extended in an alarming speed. The way to get this is as simple as dangerous: the body is exposed in the sunlight with a kind of template with the desire designs and you wait until the skin gets tan. When the pattern is removed, the silhouettes are printed in the epidermis. According to dermatologists, this practice can damage the DNA, accelerating the aging of skin and increasing the risk of suffering cancer. Teenagers are the ones who turn to these practices the most, because it is very showy to see a drawing in the skin which is not made with ink. Some designs are very originals, but the fatal consequences for the body make it a no recommended fashion in our country due to the climatic characteristics and high temperatures. Remember that the non-controlled ultraviolet radiations on the epidermis may provoke cancer in the skin or melanoma, so we must always be protected when we are exposed to the sun rays.

It is not recommended to obsess too much with fashion or tendencies that damage your health with the objective of attracting the attention or being in the last fashion. Take care of your body, do not be a slave of the fashion neither impose you impossible goals. Each person has charms, you only have to learn how to enhance them. Adapt the tendencies to your real life.
